This March, Lee joins forces with legendary artist Eric Haze for a special collaboration honoring the 101st anniversary of the brand's iconic 101 series. This limited-edition capsule transforms the classic Lee 101J Cowboy Jacket and Lee 101 Jeans through Haze's signature visual language, resulting in a collectible fusion of American heritage and contemporary street art.
The collection will make its global debut exclusively at COMPLEXCON HONG KONG 2026, taking place March 21–22, 2026. It will be presented within "RE·HAZE IN HONG KONG," a reimagined edition of Haze's acclaimed 2024 exhibition, marking the first time these exclusive pieces will be available to the public.
The Collection: Art Meets Icon
At the heart of the collaboration are two Lee masterpieces, the Lee 101J Cowboy Jacket and Lee 101 Jeans, each reimagined through Eric Haze's signature "ABSTRACT ICONS" using precision laser processing.
The Lee 101J Cowboy Jacket retains its classic single-pocket design and signature cinch back, now elevated by a sophisticated gradient that fades from the body toward the hem. The inside features a hand-drawn "Lee 101" graphic by Haze, adding a personal layer to the garment.
The Lee 101 Jeans showcase dual detailing: the signature Lee "Hair on Hide" patch debossed with the 101st anniversary logo, paired with a second patch featuring Haze's hand-drawn Lee icon. A crown motif is incorporated into the right back pocket and interior hem, adding a signature Haze touch to the iconic silhouette.
Both pieces feature a newly illustrated "Lee" icon hand-drawn exclusively by Haze for this project, applied to leather patches and garment details.
Exclusive Debut at COMPLEXCON HONG KONG 2026
The collection will launch exclusively at COMPLEXCON HONG KONG 2026, held March 21–22 at the AsiaWorld-Expo. True to its name, the Lee x HAZE collection will be released in a strictly limited run of 101 pieces per style, ensuring each item remains a rare collectible.
This special collaboration marks one of the key moments in Lee's year-long celebration of the 101 series' 101st anniversary, a milestone that honors more than a century of denim craftsmanship and cultural influence, reinforcing Lee’s commitment to denim leadership.
About Eric Haze
Legendary New York artist and designer Eric Haze began his career in the early 70’s, exhibiting work alongside friends like Keith Haring and Jean Michael Basquiat. After founding a design studio in the late 80’s, then his own clothing label in the 90’s, best known for his iconic hand lettering, Haze remains one of the most sought after creatives in the worlds of contemporary design, street, and artists driven brand collaborations.
